Effectiveness of Early Performed Postoperative Endoscopy in Peptic Ulcus Perforation
PUP can be effectively treated with laparatomy/laparoscopy, and omental patch repairment. Postoperative upper gastrointestinal endoscopy should be performed with an initial biopsy to avoid missing an underlying malignancy.
