Analysis of deep learning-based technological innovation governance on the intelligent allocation of innovation resources in the high-technology industry

This study focuses on the impact of deep learning (DL)-based technological innovation governance on intelligent innovation resource allocation in the high-technology (high-tech) industry. The development of DL provides new opportunities to address the challenges of innovation resource allocation in the high-tech industry, as it can process massive datasets and uncover intricate relationships. The study constructs a structural equation model encompassing multiple dimensions, including the DL application depth/breadth and the completeness of technological innovation governance systems. Empirical analysis uses a sample of 500 enterprises from five major high-tech industries, including information technology, alongside case studies of 15 representative enterprises. A dataset is built based on multi-source data, and experiments are performed on a high-performance computing cluster. The experimental results demonstrate that the model achieves an average accuracy of 0.83 in cross-validation, exhibiting stable performance. Compared to baseline models, the DL model remarkably outperforms traditional methods in indicators such as accuracy, achieving an accuracy of 0.88. Sensitivity analysis reveals that factors like external market demand significantly influence model performance. Case studies indicate that enterprises with a high degree of DL application and well-established technological innovation governance systems exhibit superior performance in innovation resource allocation efficiency and dynamic adaptability. This study establishes a systematic theoretical framework and adopts a comprehensive research methodology, providing practical guidance for enterprises and policymakers.
