A Novel Peculiarity of <scp>TXNIP</scp> Reversing the Radioresistance of <scp>NPC</scp> and Inducing Ferroptosis by <scp>xCT</scp> ‐ <scp>GSH</scp> ‐ <scp>GPX4</scp> ‐ <scp>ROS</scp> Axis
TXNIP is a radiosensitive and ferroptosis-associated gene, which can reverse the radioresistance of NPC by promoting ferroptosis in a dose-dependent manner and through the xCT-GSH-GPX4-ROS axis.
