FEATURES OF THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM IN THE REPUBLIC OF BASHKORTOSTAN: CHALLENGES AND PROSPECTS

The public administration system in the Republic of Bashkortostan is a multi-level structure integrated into the nationwide system of public administration while possessing a number of regional features shaped by historical, ethnocultural, and socioeconomic factors. Despite changes in the external environment and internal processes, the region’s public administration system remains stable but requires further development. This article examines the specific characteristics of the Republic of Bashkortostan’s public administration system in the modern period, analyzes existing challenges, and identifies promising directions for its improvement.
