A study on assessing the impact of hybrid work model on job execution

The transition to a hybrid work model, blending remote and in-office work, has rapidly gained traction in response to evolving workplace dynamics and the global pandemic. This study aims to assess the impact of the hybrid work model on job execution, focusing on key performance indicators such as productivity, job satisfaction, work-life balance, and employee engagement.Through a mixed-method approach, incorporating both quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, data was collected from employees across diverse industries. The findings suggest that the hybrid work model offers substantial benefits, including increased flexibility and improved work-life balance, which correlate with higher job satisfaction and productivity levels. However, challenges such as communication barriers, technology dependence, and potential disparities in team cohesion were also identified.
