Innovative Hybrid Stripline Guiding Structure for Wideband Crossover Implementation
As 6G networks push toward higher frequencies, efficient and wideband solutions are critical in the Centimeter Wave (cmWave) band to support advanced communication requirements. This paper presents a compact hybrid stripline guiding structure, developed to enable high-performance microwave components with minimal insertion loss and wideband isolation. Leveraging this guiding structure, a crossover design for signal routing and beam-switching applications is demonstrated, achieving a 3:1 bandwidth from 7 to 21 GHz with -20 dB matching and 0.5 dB insertion loss. Experimental results align closely with simulations, validating the guiding structure's capability to meet 6 G cmWave demands. The proposed structure offers a scalable approach for wideband microwave applications, addressing the evolving challenges in 6 G systems.
