Object Driven Fuzzy Decision Model for Prioritizing ITC Infrastructure in Public Sector Company

Handling the information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure certainly requires a lot of budget. With a limited budget, it is necessary to find a method that can determine which branch office (BO) needs priority for ICT infrastructure handling in technical maintenance, increasing the capability of Human Resources (HR) and governance. To overcome this challenge, the decision model (DM) was developed. DM can generate a priority scale for the handling of ICT infrastructure at a public department in Indonesia so that it can be determined which BO requires more attention. By using the combination of object-oriented, fuzzy logic, and simple additive weighting (SAW) methods, a priority scale calculation was carried out on 34 Provincial BO using 14 parameters. The final result, BO-01 is the priority with a final decision value with a priority scale score of 0.59. Thus, the office centre can consider it a priority, so that the budget, resources and time in handling ICT infrastructure can be carried out in stages according to the order of the priority scale.
