Factors Influencing User Satisfaction in Using Immigration Autogate

Airports are increasingly leveraging automated border control systems, known as Immigration Autogate, which employ cutting-edge technology to expedite immigration policy offering efficient and effective way to escalate operational productivity. This study investigate employing autogates as sophisticated biometric technologies like facial recognition, fingerprint scanning, expedite e-passport control, offering a more streamlined and secure alternative comparing with conventional immigration officer. This paper using IS Success Model as theoritical framework. The survey comprises a total of 14 items, which cover three specific areas such as information quality, service quality, system quality. Participants indicated their level of concordance using a 5-point Likert scale, anchored at 1 for complete disagreement and culminating at 5 for complete agreement. The total of respondents gain a sample size of 376 individuals. Data analysis conducted using SmartPLS, a structural equation modeling technique, to examine the relationships between these factors and passenger satisfaction with autogate usage. The result shown information quality, service quality, and system quality has positive impact towards passanger satisfaction in using immigration autogate.
