Bridging the Artificial Intelligence Divide: Fostering Inclusive Innovation in the Digital Age
Artificial intelligence (AI) deployment risks deepening gender inequalities without deliberate equity measures. This article presents the Triple Helix empowerment model—integrating reforms across education, ecosystem, and policy—to foster equitable and innovative AI. Focusing on dismantling structural barriers rather than adopting deficit perspectives, the model highlights the necessity of systemic change. What’s more, leveraging insights from diverse global innovations and strengthening international collaboration are presented as crucial for developing effective, context-aware solutions. This integrated model offers actionable guidance for shaping an AI future where technology and gender equity advance together.
