RUNX1 Is an Independent Prognostic Marker Involved in Immune Infiltration and Therapeutic Responses in Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma Patients Through Cluster Regulation With RUNX2
Our study reveals the potential value of RUNX1/2 in ccRCC development, prognosis, and immune microenvironment regulation. RUNX1 is a promising biomarker for the tumor immunotherapy response. Furthermore, the RUNX1-based prognostic model has the prospect of serving as a better predictive model for clinical ccRCC.
