Here, the complete mitochondrial genome of <i>Qiongphasma jianfengense obtusicristata</i> was sequenced and annotated from China. The circular genome has a size of 16,747 bp and contains 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA genes, and 2 rRNA genes. The complete mitochondrial genome of <i>Q. jianfengense obtusicristatai</i> provides basic genome data for relative studies.
