Paz territorial en Nariño: abordaje conceptual desde las voces de mujeres víctimas del conflicto armado

The objective of this article is to understand the concept of territorial peace from the voices of women victims of the armed conflict, in the southwest of the department of Nariño, Colombia. A qualitative study was carried out, with a critical social approach and using the Action Research method. Interviews were conducted with five women victims of the armed conflict, from the municipalities of Tumaco and Ricaurte, to have an approach to the concept of territorial peace. The results show that territorial peace is an integral process that transcends the mere absence of violence; it requires the active participation of citizens and the integral presence of the State, one that recognizes the territorialities and interests of the populations. In addition, it implies living well, which requires the solution of structural problems such as poverty, inequalities and social injustice.
