Draft genome sequences of 25 candidate biocontrol bacteria against <i>Phytophthora cactorum</i>
To provide a biocontrol solution for managing the phytopathogen <i>Phytophthora cactorum</i>, bacteria were tested for antagonistic activity <i>in vitro</i> and <i>in planta</i>. This paper presents the draft genomes of 25 candidate biocontrol organisms, providing a solid foundation to decipher the underlying mechanisms of their antagonistic activity.
