A Prototype for Novice Hiring in Organizations
The project centers on the launch of a comprehensive website with the agenda of fostering a relationship between students and organizations. The three primary categories comprise the website's structure: Technical, Non-Technical and Co-Curricular. The provision of the personal data section requires users to fill in their profile with the most basic personal data. Several technical skills, ranging from technical disciplines to programming languages, can be chosen according to one’s own level of expertise under the technical category. Campaigns for their language or domain of interest and pass a test afterward which is individually tailored to these preferences. Their answers were then rated on a scale of 10 points. Ratings help assess users' proficiency in the given areas. In fact, users can select non-technical abilities that are relevant to their growth in the organization, which appear in the non-technical area. They have many options to select from sports, hobbies, and activities in the co-curriculum category.
