Progressive Quadrant Approach to Supply Chain Quality Management and Inspection
As required by law or regulatory standards, agricultural producers must make sure their products fulfil quality standards prior to sale in order to protect the interests of customers. Similar to other production systems, agricultural production frequently falls short of perfect quality, which causes some products to fall short of requirements. Throughout the inspection process, mistakes can happen, including Type I and Type II inspection faults. This research suggests a Quadrant Progressive Supply Chain Model, which focusses on the production and distribution of emerging crops, to address these problems in the agriculture industry. The inventory system's optimal cost is what the model seeks to minimise. A multi-fuzz approach is proposed that incorporates the triangular fuzzy number of the classical inventory model. Next, sensitivity analysis is used to find more sensitive factors, offer management guidance, and provide support the process.
