Abstract

This paper provides an overview of the Tilt Rotor UAV, which integrates helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft advantages. It covers development status, dynamics modeling, transition trajectory design, control allocation strategy, flight control theory, and simulation practice. The significance of Tilt Rotor UAVs in modern battlefields is analyzed, highlighting reconnaissance and strike advantages and transition challenges. The development history and research progress in China and abroad are reviewed. Dynamics modeling explores rotor, fixedwing, and transition mode characteristics, emphasizing highprecision modeling necessity. Transition trajectory design addresses aerodynamic interference and power matching issues, proposing optimization methods for tilt rate and power output. Control allocation strategy studies multi-actuator efficiency changes during tilt transitions, proposing adaptive strategies.
