SAGIP-NU: Helpline Community System
This paper presents the design and implementation of the helpline system for Barangay Sampaloc 1, with the primary objective of improving emergency response and complaint management within the community. The system integrates a mobile application and a web platform to enable the collection of accurate and timely information from the public. The mobile application offers a diverse set of features, including complaint submission, emergency reporting, and access to a help center and first aid information. The web platform provides administrative functionalities for authorities to effectively manage and address complaints and emergencies. Through its seamless and accessible interface, the helpline system aims to facilitate prompt and efficient responses to emergencies and complaints, ultimately enhancing community safety and governance. The implementation of this system contributes to the empowerment of the community by ensuring their voices are heard, their concerns are addressed, and their well-being is prioritized.
