Multi-factor interactive study on the influence of circuit core loss

This paper studies the effects of temperature, excited waveform and magnetic core materials on the loss of magnetic elements in the circuit, and constructs a multi-factor regression analysis model of multi-factor magnetic core loss considering single-factor main effect, secondary effect and multifactor interaction. In the process of solving, adaptive particle group optimization algorithm (APSO) is used to find the optimal parameter combination. The results show that the minimum loss value of the magnetic circuit is 8104.01 W/m3 at a temperature of 90°C, sinusoidal waveform and material 4. Innovation lies in the introduction of complex interaction items and adaptive optimization algorithms that comprehensively capture nonlinear relationships between factors, improve solution efficiency.
