Modeling and Simulation of Conducted Interference in Electric Vehicle Electric Drive Systems
With the increase in the voltage level of electric vehicle electric drive systems and the application of wide bandgap semiconductors, their electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) problems have gradually become prominent, and the generated electromagnetic interference (EMI) has become a major challenge in the current design of electric vehicle electric drive systems. In order to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of electromagnetic interference suppression technologies in the initial stage of system design, this paper studies the conduction interference coupling path of the electric drive system, innovatively proposes a method for modeling the high - frequency motor model based on the equivalent resonance method, and establishes a complete simulation prediction model for the conduction interference of the electric drive system. Finally, the equivalent circuit model is simulated and analyzed, and compared with the experimental data to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the model.
