Research on Power Flow Transmission Constraints Based on Line Outflow
With the development of the social economy, the electricity demand continues to increase, and the degree of grid interconnection and regulatory complexity is rising. This paper takes the example of the uneven power flow distribution of the outgoing lines in the east-west direction of a specific power plant to analyze the reasons for this uneven distribution and proposes solutions to enhance the power plant's outgoing capacity. The eastern part of the Jiaozuo grid has a heavy load, while the western part has a light load, resulting in an uneven distribution of power flow in the east-west direction of the power plant's outgoing lines, with the eastern outgoing line having a heavier flow than the western one. This paper proposes two solutions to address this issue: the installation of a mechanical phase shifter and the capacity expansion of the 220 kV He-Rong line, aiming to improve the reliability of the power supply and the utilization rate of the equipment.
