Elliptical Curve Digital Signature Algorithm for Detecting Clone Mobile Sink in WSN
Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) must communicate securely to prevent clone mobile sink attacks. Elliptical Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA) is used to detect and prevent WSN clone mobile sinks. The main objective is to create a safeguard that can identify clone mobile sinks in WSNs via the use of ECDSA. By verifying the identification of mobile phones, it enhances authentication, strengthen network security, and prevent unauthorized data collection. To reduce the likelihood of clone attacks, the proposed cryptographic method restricts network communication to only authorised mobile sinks. Elliptical curve cryptography authenticates and digitally signs mobile devices for secure communication. Lightweight authentication increases security and reduces computational, and energy use is the goal. ECDSA accelerates authentication, preventing clone attacks and data transmission. For real-time environmental monitoring, military surveillance, and smart city deployments, ECDSA improves WSN secrecy, authenticity, and integrity.
