Optimized Real-Time Agro-Meteorological Data Using Real-Time IoT and Ensemble Methods
A significant advance in agricultural data analysis is optimizing agro-meteorological data using ensemble techniques and real-time Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. This research is a novel technique for improving the timeliness and quality of agro-meteorological data interpretation by combining ensemble machine-learning algorithms with real-time IoT sensors. Critical environmental factors, including temperature, humidity, soil moisture, and precipitation, are continually monitored and recorded by the system via the use of IoT sensors. This real-time data gathering is crucial to capturing ever-changing agro-meteorological variables that impact crop development and production. Ensemble techniques, including bagging, random forest, and gradient boosting, are used to analyze this high-dimensional data to enhance the accuracy and robustness of predictions. More accurate predictions of weather patterns and their effects on farming operations result from ensemble approaches that integrate several models to handle the complexity and unpredictability of agro-meteorological data. Improved agricultural decision-making and resource management are outcomes of the convergence of the IoT with ensemble approaches, which allow for more accurate monitoring and forecasting. The findings of this study show that this method is useful for promoting sustainable agriculture and providing practical insights. The results of this study highlight the promise of cutting-edge machine learning methods coupled with real-time IoT technology for improving farm management and agro-meteorological analysis.
