Research on Deployment Strategy of High Reliability Energy Metering Device Before Disaster Based on Genetic Algorithm
With the frequent occurrence of climate change, the flood disaster risk of power system is increasing, which puts forward higher requirements for the reliability and data accuracy of electric energy metering devices. In order to deal with the deployment problem of high reliability metering device before disaster, this paper puts forward a strategy of deploying high reliability metering device before disaster based on genetic algorithm. By combining geographic information system (GIS), meteorological data, historical disaster information, load capacity and other factors, an optimization model is constructed to achieve the minimum deployment number and the maximum degree of power metering reliability, and reduce the loss in flood disasters. Through the optimization process of genetic algorithm (GA), the optimal deployment strategy of pre-disaster metering device is sought. The research of this paper provides a new idea and method for disaster management of power system.
