Smart Telehealth: Automation Through NLP and Data Mining Techniques
The development of telehealth allows for remote consultations and monitoring, completely altering how healthcare is provided. The special difficulties of handling clinical documentation in this dynamic environment include inconsistent record-keeping and data overload. To better manage clinical documentation during telehealth interactions, this research investigates advanced data mining and natural language processing (NLP) technologies. It presents a system that uses NLP techniques to standardize documentation procedures and data mining to glean useful insights from Healthcare Documentation Database on Kaggle. The goal of our method is to make healthcare records more accurate, efficient, and accessible via the use of automated data extraction, semantic analysis, and real-time documentation creation. Initial findings show that these approaches effectively reduce the incidence of human mistakes in data input, improve the quality of clinical decision-making, and provide adherence to regulatory requirements. Discuss how these technologies may improve the quality of telehealth services and change clinical documentation standards.
