Electric vehicle charging optimisation strategy considering user charging satisfaction
Disorderly charging of large-scale electric vehicles (EVs) can have a certain negative impact on power system operation. This paper proposes an electric vehicle orderly charging and discharging optimisation strategy that takes into account the charging satisfaction of electric vehicle users, which guarantees the stability of the power grid while considering the charging satisfaction of users. The initial load model of EVs is constructed through Monte Carlo simulation and a two-tier optimal scheduling method is established. The simulation results show that the strategy can effectively reduce the user charging cost and the peak-to-valley difference of the grid in all three charging modes of OFF-PEAK, EPRI and STO.
