Design and Realization of a Broadband Emi Compact Detection Device
Electromagnetic analysis of electronic components in the extremely high degree of integration of the electronic industry has become an inevitable demand for the design or testing of related devices and equipment, in this context this paper designs a real-time display of the signal spectrum and frequency, power data of the wide-band EMI measurement device. Device through the preamplifier and multi-band division of the preselector filter to complete the signal pre-processing is sent to the mixer to achieve the mixer to move to the low-frequency signals, the intermediate frequency filter to select the down-converted signals combined with the local oscillator sweep, FFT algorithms, and logarithmic detector to achieve the parameters of the signal detected by the measurement. The device master controller uses internal timer, ADC and DMA and other resource modules to improve the overall electromagnetic signal data acquisition and analysis speed, the use of positive peak selection to compress the frequency data volume to improve the display effect of the EMI spectral line graph, singlefrequency refreshing is less than 1 ms. the device achieves the electromagnetic signal analysis bandwidth of 100 MHz to 4000 MHz, the power range can be from +20 dBm to -60 dBm; with the real-time frequency detector to achieve the parameter measurement of the signal detection. 60 dBm; compared with the real-time spectrum analyzer, the power relative error reaches within 2 dBm, the frequency resolution is less than 0.5 MHz. the device overall in lightweight, low cost, stability and other aspects of the advantages are significant.
