[Different combinations of anesthetics in transperineal prostate biopsy in elderly men: A prospective, randomized, controlled monocentric trial].
For elderly male patients undergoing transperineal prostate biopsy under intravenous anesthesia with preservation of spontaneous breathing, the combined use of remimazolam and alfentanil can achieve more stable intraoperative hemodynamics, faster recovery from anesthesia and a lower incidence of perioperative adverse reactions, and produce an even better anesthetic effect with a small dose of propofol to suppress the body movement at the time of needle puncture.
