Cinnamoylphenethyl amides from fissistigma bracteolatum and their anti-inflammatory activities
Two new (1-2) and six known (3-8) cinnamoylphenethyl amides were isolated from Fissistigma bracteolatum. The structural configurations of 1 and 2 were determined through comprehensive spectroscopic characterisation, with mainly by NMR data analyses. Compounds 1-8 were assessed for the suppression on NO production. Among these, compounds 4-5 revealed inhibitory effects with IC50: 1.45 ± 0.16 and 21.46 ± 1.33 μM, respectively, indicating potent and moderate activity profiles.
