THE METHOD OF UNIT EXPENSE RATES TO ESTIMATE THE VALUES OF OPERATING COSTS AND THE COST OF TRANSPORTATION ON URBAN TRANSIT

The article considers methods for estimating the operating costs and cost of transportation on urban passenger transport, and formulates a methodology for unit expense rates. A list of unit expense rates has been formed by three characteristics: affiliated with operational meter, expenses for economic purposes, expenses for functionality. General approaches to calculating unit expense rates are considered, and it is indicated what is taken into account in them.
