Analyzing the Relationship Between Student Attendance and Academic Performance in Flux Modality: A Quantitative Study
This study analyzes the relationship between the frequency of attendance and academic performance within FLUX learning environment. FLUX is flexible learning ubiquitous experience. It allows student to choose between synchronous, in-person sessions and asynchronous online participation. As educational institutions progressively embrace flexible learning modalities, identifying how attendance patterns influence student outcomes become essential. By comparing attendance data with students’ grades, from prelims to finals to final grade, the study investigates how the flexibility offered by FLUX may influence academic outcomes. The goal is to gain insights into how flexible learning structures like FLUX affect student performance, and to help shape future teaching strategies and program designs.
