Blended Learning into Database Courses: A Path to Integrating Online and Offline Resources
The database course challenges teaching and learning due to its theoretical complexity and paucity of practical applications [1]. To address these challenges, a blended teaching method has been proposed, drawing upon PTA, Rain Classroom, Chaoxing, and other platforms [2]. This method has been shown to enhance teaching efficacy by recording instructional videos, facilitating classroom interaction, and providing online after-school exercises. The efficacy of this approach has been substantiated by empirical evidence, including student surveys, classroom feedback, and statistical analyses of test results. This comprehensive approach offers a valuable reference point for the teaching of analogous courses, addressing the challenges inherent in implementation and promoting the dissemination of effective pedagogical practices.
