In addition, the labor market demonstrates adaptation to changes in domestic and international economic needs. Provision of measures that contribute to improving the efficiency of the functioning of employment centers, diversification of tools for external and internal incentives for employees of employment centers, increasing the reliability of forecasting labor market conditions as a result of providing proposals for the modernization of advanced training of employees.
