PROMOTING DIGITAL GOVERNMENT CONSTRUCTION IN HA TINH PROVINCE, VIETNAM

The development of e-government and the construction of digital government have become key tasks for all levels of government. Acknowledging its significance, the government of Ha Tinh province has consistently enhanced its infrastructural foundations while promoting the delivery of digital government services to citizens, achieving significant results that contribute to local development. Nevertheless, despite these achievements, Ha Tinh's digital government transformation process still faces numerous challenges. This paper presents the theoretical framework of digital government, analyzes the current status through attained outcomes and existing difficulties, and proposes feasible solutions to accelerate the digital government building process in Ha Tinh province shortly.
