DETERMINING THE OPTIMAL OPERATING MODE OF THE ELECTRIC MOTOR OF THE VIBRATION CENTRIFUGAL ELECTRIC DRIVE OF A HONEY EXTRACTOR

The article is devoted to the study of optimization of the vibrocentrifugal electric drive (VCED) operation of a honey extractor, a key device in honey production. The aim of the study is to determine the optimal operating modes of the honey extractor electric motor, ensuring high productivity and durability of the equipment. The mechanical characteristics of a honey extractor with VCED are considered under various honey loading conditions: with constant and variable honey mass. Theoretical calculations are carried out and the corresponding graphs of the dependence of the drum rotation frequency on the resistance moment are constructed. The features of the honey extractor operation as a variable mass system consisting of two subsystems are described: a structure with cassettes and frames (a system with constant mass) and a system with a changing honey mass. The obtained results show that the honey extractor electric motor operates in a mode with periodic changes in rotation frequency and load, corresponding to category S8 of the international classification of operating modes of electrical machines.
