ONE OF THE WAYS TO INCREASE WORK EFFICIENCY OF AN AUTONOMOUS LIGHTING SYSTEM

Since 2019, the Republic of Bashkortostan has been implementing a program to finance activities aimed at improving the lighting of public spaces, including streets, parks and squares, both in large cities and in rural areas. In particular, in 2024, new parks were opened in the village of Bakaly and the village of Askarovo. Within the framework of this program, autonomous lighting systems (ALS) operating on solar panels are being introduced, especially in remote and mountainous areas of the Republic of Bashkortostan. However, the efficiency of such systems is low due to limited sunlight and difficult terrain. This work is devoted to the development of methods for increasing the efficiency of ALS in mountain forest conditions. Using vector diagrams and analyzing currents in transformers, a method for controlling the self-induction current is proposed, which can improve the operating parameters of the ALS. Experimental studies with a transformer and electrical loads showed that the use of reactive capacitance can significantly reduce the consumed current, providing additional opportunities for using the self-induction current. The results indicate a potential increase in the efficiency of autonomous lighting systems in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
