INERTIA-FREE OSCILLATORY LINEAR ELECTRIC DRIVE WITH BALANCED MOVING MASSES OF THE ELECTRIC MOTOR

The article considers the issue of reducing inertial forces that arise during operation of an oscillating linear electric drive. These forces are the main cause of unwanted vibrations and increased wear of drive elements. The resulting vibrations have a negative effect on the durability and reliability of the entire mechanism, which is especially noticeable in complex technological systems, such as grain cleaning machines. A decrease in the reliability of these machines leads to downtime, increased repair costs and deterioration in the quality of product processing. To eliminate these problems, balancing of the oscillating linear electric drive is proposed. The essence of the technique lies in balancing the moving parts of the drive: the secondary element with the working element and the inductor of the linear asynchronous motor (LAM), which creates an oscillatory motion of the flat sieve of the grain cleaning machine. Balancing implies synchronizing the movements of these elements in such a way as to minimize the effect of inertial forces and reduce the vibration level.
