INVESTIGATION OF THE POSSIBILITY OF RATIONAL USE OF HEAT REMOVED FROM THE TRANSFORMER

The article presents the results of experimental studies aimed at assessing the possibility of rational use of thermal energy removed from power transformers during their operation. Methods of heat recovery are considered, technical solutions for improving the energy efficiency of transformer substations are proposed. The experiments have confirmed the possibility of using the heat removed for space heating, heating of heat carriers and other purposes, which reduces energy consumption and increases the environmental sustainability of energy systems.

Abstract

The article presents the results of experimental studies aimed at assessing the possibility of rational use of thermal energy removed from power transformers during their operation. Methods of heat recovery are considered, technical solutions for improving the energy efficiency of transformer substations are proposed. The experiments have confirmed the possibility of using the heat removed for space heating, heating of heat carriers and other purposes, which reduces energy consumption and increases the environmental sustainability of energy systems.
