relectura del estado de naturaleza hobbesiano en contextos transicionales
In this article, I propose a rereading of state of nature according to Hobbes, based in the transitional contexts of war conflict (Colombia) and dictatorship regime (Argentina). This reconceptualization claims three aspects behind of the individual’s disposition for to war with others: i) state violence against the civil population, ii) the coexistence of sectorial peace and general violence, and the idea of victims to endorsement the ethical background state of nature. Besides, I show the advantages of this proposal and contest some of possible objection. Two of these advantages are the normative force of state of nature redescripted and the possibility of conception the transitional justice as an illustrated project.
