The author analyzes the norms of labor legislation providing for restrictions on labor activity and additional guarantees for women, minors and persons with disabilities. Special attention is paid to the analysis of subordinate regulations that establish certain norms of restrictions. The author emphasizes the importance of the established additional guarantees and restrictions for the implementation of the principle of labor law, ensuring the right to working conditions that meet the requirements of safety and hygiene.
