Constitutional guarantees of the right to rest in Russia

The article reflects the legal nature of the right to rest in the Russian Federation, substantiates the importance of legal regulation of this institution of constitutional and labor law, argues for the need to amend current legislation, analyzes current problems arising from the violation by the employer of the employee’s right to annual leave.
