PECULIARITIES AND APPROACHES TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS FOR TEACHERS IN CHINA AND RUSSIA

The article considers the basics of standardization of professional activity of preschool educational institutions teaching staff and peculiarities of their implementation in education management in China and Russia. The main, close in purpose, regulatory documents that determine the formation of requirements for the professional activities of teaching staff in the preschool educational institution both in China and in Russia are the Professional Standard for a Teacher (pedagogical activities in the field of preschool, primary general, basic general, secondary general education), approved by the Order of the Ministry of Labour from 18. 10.2013 No. 544n, Professional standards for kindergarten teachers (幼儿园教师专业标准 试行). The analysis of regulatory legal documents, publications of scholars who have researched the features of design and approaches to the implementation of professional standards in Russia and China allowed us to systematize the information, identify and describe the essence of general and specific problems, and outline ways to solve them in order to improve the quality of preschool education in China.
