Evidências de uma reestruturação produtiva pós-neoliberal

The transformations in capitalism since the second decade of the 21st century show that we are immersed in a process of productive and organisational restructuring with serious implications for the world of work. We call this current process Post-Neoliberal Productive Restructuring. The aim of this article is to present evidence and reflect on the characteristics and methods of this new phase of the capital system. The evidence is approached from (i) the process of transition intensified in the aftermath of the 2008 crisis, (ii) the process of changing the role of the state, (ii) advanced manufacturing as a bastion of technological and organisational rationalisation and, finally, (iii) the new forms of rationalisation and control of work. In this way, we hope to contribute to the systematisation of data and analyses on the current crises and transformations of capitalism and their intertwining with the reconfigurations of work.
