Advanced Inventory Management with Blockchain-Powered Supply Chain Finance Dashboard
Blockchain technology integrated with the Internet of Things enhances inventory management through real-time monitoring and unalterable data storage, thus enhancing working efficiency, transparency, and security. A Blockchain-IoT Inventory Management Framework built on Hyperledger Fabric with edge computation for real-time processing and asset tracking using RFID as its corners. Throughout the six-month review period, 750,000 transactions and 125 warehouses with 5,000 inventory items were processed. The system's inventory tracking accuracy was 98.74%, transaction finality time was 274.56 ms, and operating latency was 112.45 ms, all of which were better than the alternatives in place. The system ensures safe and immutable inventory records with a data integrity value of 99.92%. The findings point out that blockchain technology-supported inventory systems are able to advance financial settlement automation, minimize inefficiency, and drive out fraud using smart contract-based transactions. The proposed architecture presents a secure and scalable solution towards the construction of future inventory systems.
