Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility and Profitability on Company Value in Modern Businesses Using a Dynamic Fusion Neural Network Model
Concerning the relative importance of profit and CSR, philosophers, academics, and entrepreneurs are in disagreement. However, studies have shown that CSR does not increase a company's profits. Following the shareholder activism and financial crisis of 2009, CSR requires a strong rationale from a business perspective. In order to maintain ethical and sustainable practices, modern businesses need to know how CSR affects financial success. Key CSR themes are identified in this study using LDA for topic modelling. In order to enhance DNN simulation of external CSR inputs, it construct a DFuNet, which stands for Dynamic Fusion Network. In order to facilitate the effective transmission of knowledge across different business segments, DFuNet employs a hierarchical fusion network to gather spatial-temporal patterns. Enhancing CSR effect analysis is a neural network layer that captures evaluations of temporal significance. When compared to other models, the DFuNet model has the highest accuracy rate 0.96% in predicting the financial impact of CSR. The results of these research show that CSR is a key factor in increasing stock value. Through the use of data, CSR aids businesses in balancing their social obligation with their financial performance.
