Lagrange Key Management System For Data Transmission In Hybrid Cloud Security System
The security of data transmission in hybrid cloud environments is a critical worry because of the diverse nature of cloud resources and potential vulnerabilities inherent in distributed systems. This paper presents a robust security framework for hybrid cloud environments, integrating a Lagrange Key Management System (LKMS) to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity of transmitted data. Basic security components, includes authentication, authorization, and access control, are employed to safeguard cloud resources and user data. Authentication and authorization mechanisms validate user identity and enforce access policies, while data security modules employ encryption and message authentication to protect data during transmission. The LKMS facilitates secure key distribution, enabling the encryption and decryption processes essential for securing communication. The framework demonstrates that as data size increases, the encryption and decryption times grow gradually, with the encryption time for a maximum file size of 2048 KB taking approximately 1.3s and decryption time of 0.23s. This paper highlights the integrated approach to cloud security, emphasizing the role of Lagrange key management in maintaining a secure, resilient hybrid cloud infrastructure.
