THE ROLE OF KABOMBA IN MAINTAINING THE BIOLOGICAL BALANCE OF THE AQUARIUM
Cabomba is a genus of aquatic plants from the Kabombaceae family, which includes about 6 species distributed in tropical and subtropical zones of America. These plants are also known for their rapid growth and development of green mass in aquariums. Because of its beauty and ease of care, it is a popular aquarium plant. The article focuses on the biology of equilibrium in kabomb aquariums. The study shows that modular aquariums are easy to use with proper lighting and specific water conditions. The main functions of kabomb are water filtration, absorption of metabolites such as ammonia and nitrites, participation in photosynthesis, and maintenance of nutrient levels in the aquarium. In addition, kabomba helps strengthen the immune system of fish and maintains high water quality.
