Breast cancer, a major cancer for women in Bangladesh is considered in this work. Women require social approval prior to make active decision to act on investigation process and treatment process of breast cancer. We have conducted qualitative study on 12 groups consisting of 147 participants (107 female) with diverse age range, economic condition and location. Our initial effort to discuss about breast cancer faced barriers based on religion and social constraints. We look at the problem through feminist framing that would allow acceptable design considering ongoing barriers.
