PHILOSOPHY OF SPORT AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AS A FACTOR OF HUMAN SPIRITUAL AND PHYSICAL SELF-DEVELOPMENT

The research is devoted to the analysis of the digital technological influence on sport and a healthy lifestyle, taking into account the spiritual and physical self-development of an individual. The purpose of this article is the philosophical understanding in sport and a healthy lifestyle as spiritual and physical self-development factors of an individual, the understudied aspect analysis in the modern socio-cultural transformation context. The objectives of the research: 1 to clarify the essence and content of the philosophy of sport and a healthy lifestyle as a discipline and interdisciplinary field of knowledge; 2) to develop a conceptual and categorical apparatus for the ones discipline; 3) to identify the ones digitalization in the context of opportunities and prospects for development; 4) to reveal the influence of digital technologies on sport and a healthy lifestyle in the context of the spiritual and physical self-development of an individual. The work uses an interdisciplinary approach that combines philosophical, sociological, psychological and technological analysis of modern digital tools in the sport and health sectors. The innovation of the modern approach lies on the combination among philosophical, pedagogical, bioethical and technological perspectives in considering a healthy lifestyle as a tool for sustainable human development. Health is no longer interpreted exclusively as the absence of diseases, but is considered as an integral harmony state with oneself, society and nature, as an ethical position and a form of ecological consciousness. This approach makes it possible to conceptualize a new model of a person in the digital age, who is able to resist the temptations of destructive consumption, existential apathy and bodily passivity through a conscious choice of a healthy life as a spiritual path. It has been established that digitalization opens up new opportunities for individualization of training programs, health monitoring and motivation for an active lifestyle, but at the same time gives rise to ethical challenges related to autonomy, privacy and intrinsic motivation. The results of the research emphasize the importance of integrating traditional sport and health values with innovative technologies to ensure harmonious physical and spiritual development of an individual. The conclusions and recommendations obtained may be used in scientific research, educational activities and practical implementation of digital healthy and sport programs. The research opens up prospects for creating holistic self-development models that combine physical, mental and spiritual health as the harmonious basis with human existence in the modern world.
