ASSESSMENT OF THE IMPACT OF RISKS ON THE OCCURRENCE OF ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS ON THE ROUTE IN URBAN CONDITIONS
The possibility of determining the degree of influence of infrastructure facilities on ensuring road safety on the route is considered. For this purpose, it is proposed to use the risk point assessment method, which is based on expert assessment, ranking and quantitative indicator. The given example shows that the greatest risk of an emergency situation on the proposed route is caused by the absence of a roadway fence.
