EVALUATION OF IMPACT OF THE «DRIVER-ENVIRONMENT» SUBSYSTEM ON ROAD SAFETY
The article describes the influence of indicators of the subsystem «Driver-Environment» on the system «Driver-Automobile-Road-Environment». The factors allowing to estimate the state of reliability and reliability of the driver, such as: reaction time, skin-galvanic reaction, heart rate, body temperature, blood pressure, saturation are considered. Environmental factors affecting the driver's condition are also considered: microclimate inside the vehicle (vibration, noise, temperature, humidity, dustiness), meteorological visibility range, geomagnetic solar activity, atmospheric pressure. Their evaluation coefficients corresponding to each factor are derived. An increasing coefficient based on the lower limit of safe driving time for drivers of personal and commercial vehicles is proposed to clarify the individual risk coefficient. The conclusion is made about the need for further comprehensive study of the influence and assessment of the other elements of the system «Driver - Car - Road – Environment».
